We’re seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to take on a critical leadership role in our R&D department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary projects, ensuring the delivery of complex technical solutions from inception to deployment, and collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Architecture, Hardware, Software, Production and Customer Success. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Project Leadership: Own the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic R&D projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with R&D, Product, CS, and other key stakeholders to align project goals, manage dependencies, and communicate progress effectively. 
  • Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks, troubleshoot problems early, and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track. 
  • Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation across the project lifecycle, ensuring teams are equipped to meet deadlines and performance goals. 
  • Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve project management processes to increase efficiency and scalability, applying industry best practices. 
  • Communication: Keep all stakeholders informed about project status, upcoming releases, and any roadblocks, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams. 
  • Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning. 

Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of proven experience managing complex Hardware development projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and risk management.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management experience, with a demonstrated ability to drive results in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience managing external vendors or subcontractors as part of the project lifecycle. 
  • Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of hardware-software integration, with the ability to communicate technical challenges to diverse stakeholders. 
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English required, Hebrew a plus). 
  • Hands-on experience with popular project management and tracking tools (Jira is a Plus) 
  • Quick learner, ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adjust plans as priorities shift. 

Nice to Have: 

Experience in managing teams in cross-cultural or international environments.
