Responsibilities:

• Banks and credit card reconciliations as part of the ongoing tasks and the monthly closing.
• Vendors – Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function in all entities: AP reconciliations, AP aging, New vendor creation, Processing vendor invoices in a multi-currencies, connection with multiple suppliers, recording invoices, withholding tax requests for Vendor abroad, Direct communication with vendors etc..
• Responsible for the employee’s travel & expense reimbursements.

As Director of Product Marketing at Quantum Machines, you’ll be the voice of the company across a multitude of channels. As a Import\Export you will build and define the whole methodology of shipping QM’s goods around the world. Implement procedures and incoterms policy.

You shall be the knowledge source to enable logistical operations in the US of import back and forth, Alongside, you will manage the coordination with cargo companies, handles questions, and maintain the internal and external communication throughout the shipping/delivery cycle including releasing shipments from customs.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, to lead the development of new instruments for our Quantum Orchestration Platform. She/He will work with the R&D teams, marketing, product, and operation teams to deliver the required solution. She/He will have end-to-end responsibility, from technical definition to execution.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the technical definition of the project, analyze, and verify requirements are met
• Work with the CTO, product marketing, HW, SW, algo, logic and validation team to deliver the project
• Track and report on project execution
• Work with the Customer Success team to launch the product
• Work with the operation to ensure transition to production

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in development of complex, multi-disciplinary, embedded Linux products
• 2+ years’ experience in hands on SW & HW or Logic development
• 4+ years’ experience in project management
• Fast learner, collaborative with can do attitude
• Ability to lead large and complex cross organizational tasks
• Good communication skills
• Experience in system work – an advantage

We are looking for an excellent verification engineer to join our team and build QM’s verification environment and capabilities. We are looking for a highly talented and motivated person, who is a real team player and can collaborate closely with engineers from other disciplines and quantum physicists

Basic Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience- MUST!
• Ability to ramp up verification environments from scratch
• Experience with UVM, System Verilog
• Knowledge of Verification IPs and protocols (PCIe, DDR, AXI)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Xilinx FPGA IPs
• Good understanding of HW/SW interaction
• Knowledge in C/C++/Python
