Responsibilities:

  • Banks and credit card reconciliations as part of the ongoing tasks and the monthly closing.
  • Vendors – Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function in all entities: AP reconciliations, AP aging, New vendor creation, Processing vendor invoices in a multi-currencies, connection with multiple suppliers, recording invoices, withholding tax requests for Vendor abroad, Direct communication with vendors etc..

Director of Product Marketing – Tel Aviv

As Director of Product Marketing at Quantum Machines, you’ll be the voice of the company across a multitude of channels. Reporting to the VP of Marketing, you will own product positioning, value proposition, and messaging, operating in one of the most exciting and quickly growing markets in the world. You will craft the narratives of QM’s products and adapt them to several verticals and personas, providing customer-facing staff with powerful sales toolkits and ensuring that our communications are aligned with QM’s positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy.

What you will do:

  • Establish and continuously evolve product positioning and messaging to support the changing market and target audiences
  • Translate product features into easily understood value propositions based on customer needs and buyer personas, and communicate them through various communication channels

We are looking for an experienced System Validation Engineer to join our validation team and help build our flagship product, a breakthrough control system for quantum computers.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in developing and executing system validation plans for multidisciplinary (HW & SW) products – Must 
  • Experience in working in cross-functional teams on complex issues debug and resolution – Must
  • Proven track record developing system testing in Python/C/C# – Must
  • Experience in testing and releasing multi-disciplinary products from alpha versions to the mass production – Must
  • Proven track record translating product requirements into test requirement documents and test plans – Must
  • Deep knowledge of system testing methodologies – Must
  • Experience setting up and running test benches and automated test setups – Must
  • Experience with RF calibrations and RF automation tests – Advantage

Technical Project Manager – Tel Aviv

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager, to lead the development of new instruments for our Quantum Orchestration Platform. She/He will work with the R&D teams, marketing, product, and operation teams to deliver the required solution. She/He will have end-to-end responsibility, from technical definition to execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical definition of the project, analyze, and verify requirements are met
  • Work with the CTO, product marketing, HW, SW, algo, logic and validation team to deliver the project
  • Track and report on project execution
  • Work with the Customer Success team to launch the product
  • Work with the operation to ensure transition to production

Requirements:

  • 10+ years’ experience in development of complex, multi-disciplinary, embedded Linux products
  • 2+ years’ experience in hands on SW & HW or Logic development

Verification Engineer – Tel Aviv

We are looking for an excellent verification engineer to join our team and build QM’s verification environment and capabilities. We are looking for a highly talented and motivated person, who is a real team player and can collaborate closely with engineers from other disciplines and quantum physicists

Basic Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years experience- MUST!
  • Ability to ramp up verification environments from scratch
  • Experience with UVM, System Verilog
  • Knowledge of Verification IPs and protocols (PCIe, DDR, AXI)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Xilinx FPGA IPs
  • Good understanding of HW/SW interaction
  • Knowledge in C/C++/Python

  • Practicing the full range of verification aspects
  • Creating a verification environment from scratch (drivers, monitors, coverage…)
  • VIP (DDR/PCIe/AXI) integration
  • Defining verification sequences via a complex control-flow constraint set
  • System understanding of a full-stack product with strong HW-SW coupling

  • Defining verification flows and creating the proper infrastructure to support it
