In this position, you will assist with the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, as well as submit statutory reports based on the regions’ requirements. We are looking for an experienced hands-on Embedded SW Engineer who can work independently with remote teams (SW, HW, logic,…) and create products that will shape the future of Quantum Computers.
Responsibilities:
● Research and design QM’s next generation products from a System and SW point of view, while working closely with SW, Logic and HW teams.
● Design and implement POC SW/FW for new HW and products.
● Participate and lead HW bring-up - hands-on SW implementation and debug in the lab.
● Prepare system design, requirements and documentation for the various engineering teams
● Define and lead the transition from early development to mass production from the system and SW side.
● Work closely with HW engineers and define and implement SW drivers and components
● Work closely with HW & ATE engineers to defined and implement SW components for HW testing.
● Lead the integration of new features from various engineering disciplines.
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, with emphasis on SW.
● 5+ years of SW development experience, mainly C++, Python, bare metal, Linux and Drivers.
● Experience in system engineering which combines HW and SW.
● Deep understanding of common SW interfaces to HW - PCIe, USB, i2c, SPI.
● Experience with System and SW design with VLSI and FPGA based products.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
● Experience with RF and lab measurement devices.
● Experience with lab measurements equipment - Scope and DVM
