  • Production Coordination: Work closely with production and planning teams to ensure materials availability, efficient production flow, and alignment with customer demand.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Oversee outbound logistics, ensuring on-time and cost-effective delivery to customers, contract manufacturers, and distributors.
  • Inventory Management: Optimize inventory levels of raw materials, components, and finished goods across all sites, minimizing excess and shortages.
  • S&OP and Demand Planning: Lead demand and supply planning processes; participate in S&OP meetings; align with sales, operations, and finance.
  • Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and logistics providers to improve service levels, cost, and performance.
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Define and track KPIs across supply chain and warehouse operations. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using lean and data-driven approaches.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure high performance and strong collaboration.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in supply chain and warehouse management within a technology company or high-tech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and logistics flows.
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Priority) and supply chain analytics tools.
  • Experience working with contract manufacturers (CMs) and managing global logistics.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hebrew.
  • Proven leadership experience and ability to manage cross-functional teams.
