Senior SW Product Manager

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals with a strong grasp of the evolving field of quantum technologies and the underlying challenges. The ideal candidate will provide market insights, define requirements for current and future products, and collaborate closely with architecture and R&D teams. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in the company’s success, influencing product definition, guiding R&D efforts, managing technical aspects of customer engagements, and delivering the Quantum Machines vision and value proposition. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Product Ownership: Define and manage QM’s execution service, software stack, and customer portal. Including requirements, launch plans, and roadmaps
  • Product Development: Understand and prioritize customer needs, such as software interfaces, to shape effective product development strategies
  • Product Expertise: Collaborate with R&D and architecture teams to ensure alignment with market demands
  • Domain Expertise: Leverage deep expertise in quantum computing to inform decision-making and roadmap planning
  • Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to ensure successful product development and delivery

 

  • Ph.D. or M.Sc. in Physics or Electrical Engineering; experience in experimental quantum computing is a plus
  • Product management experience; familiarity with complex software stacks. Experience in the MLIR framework and/or software integrations is a plus 
  • High technical acumen and ability to comprehend complex systems
  • Proven product leadership skills with experience driving product vision and strategy
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and oral
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate closely with Architecture and R&D teams 
  • Strong organizational skills and a high degree of independence
