The Israeli Quantum Computing Center (IQCC) is a state-of-the-art facility incorporating several quantum computing technologies tightly integrated with high performance computing (HPC) resources. The IQCC is built and operated by Quantum Machines (QM), a global leader in control systems for quantum computing, a field on the verge of exponential growth. We are assembling a world-class team of professionals to revolutionize the construction and control of quantum computers, accelerating their arrival.
We are looking for a quantum software physicist with peer-reviewed scientific contributions in quantum information science and computing, and strong software developing skills, who can quickly grasp the essence of complex quantum experiments and has a passion for solving intricate problems across the entire stack. The candidate should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Quantum Software Physicist, you will contribute to developing novel multi-qubit calibration schemes. You will work in a small multi-disciplinary team with an immediate goal to enable seamless quantum computing on the cloud. This includes enhancing the performance of the QPU, developing higher level tools and frameworks, supporting the development and optimization of the user interface, creating documentation and directly communicating with users.
