Achieve what was previously impossible
From first setup to breakthrough results, our Customer Success team helps you move faster, scale smarter, and build with confidence. With PhD-level physicists, quantum control expertise, and a partnership mindset, we work with you throughout onboarding, optimization, automation, and long-term growth.
Researchers should spend their time advancing quantum science – not troubleshooting control systems, repeating calibration cycles, or rebuilding workflows. Customer Success is built to help you:
- Reach meaningful results faster
- Reduce calibration and integration overhead
- Increase experimental iteration cycles
- Minimize downtime
- Build workflows that scale with your system
Four pillars of success
A partnership model built for the realities of an experimental quantum lab.
Accelerate your Physics – Arrive faster, get further
Our experts will onboard and train your team, direct you in the right way, and release your bottlenecks. We provide the onsite expertise required to move you from unboxed hardware to unmatched results. Deeply understanding your physics combined with our quantum control expertise, is how we fulfill our promise to you.

Your Perfect Partner – We care about you
Your goals come first. We work as your partners in the lab, focused on your roadmap, not only on reactive troubleshooting. Our experts are available to engage as deeply as you need, as your systems evolve. We are committed to a partnership that supports your success at every milestone, from bring-up to scaling to production deployment.

Built to Scale – Grow on solid foundation
What works today must support where you are going tomorrow. We have the expertise to assist you in building your system in a robust way that will enable you to scale up your system later. We know how to put your software and how to set up the hardware, for it to be manageable, error-free, and automated.

Experts on the ground – Platform-specific expertise at your bench
We’ll dedicate a PhD-level Customer Success Physicist (CSP) to you — based in your region and on-site when you need them. Your CSP understands the nuances of your specific qubit platform and is backed by the full QM team. – Niv to confirm afterwards

Built for Every Quantum Program
Establish a stable, high-performance control environment so you and your team can focus on breakthrough science and publication-quality results, while maximizing student productivity and grant efficiency. By implementing proven workflows, we help you reach your next milestone faster and with higher confidence in your data.
Scale requires operational reliability and roadmap alignment. We learn your business goals, propose a project plan, then build robust control workflows, so our Orchestration Platform delivers at scale, helping you hit uptime targets, QCaaS readiness, and a faster path to commercialization.
Deliver mission-critical reliability, reproducibility, and long-term maintainability across large-scale quantum initiatives, keeping your IP secure.
FAQs
What is a CSP?
CSP stands for Customer Success Physicist. The CSP is a PhD-level experimental physicist, expert in Quantum Control and QM products, that is passionate about your work and really wants to help you succeed.
How and when do I get a CSP?
As soon as you place a purchase order for an OPX, your dedicated CSP will reach out to set up a kick-off meeting. No extra step needed.
How can my CSP help me?
Your CSP will shorten your time to success, be it clearing bottlenecks, onboarding new team members, or advancing new research directions. Furthermore, your CSP can advise on everything from experimental setups to advanced quantum control routines with QM’s products.
Can I just get a QM system without a CSP?
Yes, for sure. QM systems are state-of-the-art, reliable, and easy to use. However, we believe that working with your CSP is the most efficient and effective path to success.
