Kristina Callaghan is Quantum Education & Workforce Development Program Manager at Quantum Machines, where she builds industry-academia partnerships that give students hands-on experience with real quantum hardware before they graduate. She has led curriculum design across multiple levels — from a master’s-level quantum engineering course at the University of Oregon, to technician training at Central New Mexico Community College’s Quantum Learning Lab, to a workshop for City Colleges of Chicago students at the University of Chicago’s Pritzker School of Molecular Engineering. Her work focuses on building the pipeline of quantum technicians and engineers the industry will need as quantum computing moves from research labs into commercial deployment.

Jonathan Reiner is Director of Product Solutions at Quantum Machines, where he translates cutting-edge quantum science into products that meet the needs of a fast-moving industry. He brings a rare arc from academia to product leadership: Jonathan earned his Ph.D. in Condensed Matter Physics at the Weizmann Institute of Science (STM studies of semiconducting nanowires), after an M.Sc. in Physics (SQUID-on-tip, advised by Prof. Eli Zeldov) and a B.Sc. in Physics & Mathematics from the Hebrew University. He then led research as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at UNSW’s Centre for Quantum Computation & Communication Technology under Prof. Michelle Simmons. At QM, Jonathan progressed from Product Manager to Product Team Leader and now Director, driving innovation and customer-centric solutions across the portfolio.

Mike Asker is the Co-Founder of Equal1 Labs, where he is helping pioneer scalable, CMOS-based quantum computing. With a background bridging semiconductor technology and system integration, Mike focuses on developing compact, cryo-integrated quantum platforms that bring practical quantum computing closer to reality. At Equal1, he plays a key role in advancing silicon spin qubit architectures designed for real-world deployment and scale.

Prof. Daniel Lidar is the Viterbi Professor of Engineering at the University of Southern California (USC), where he holds joint appointments in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Chemistry, and Physics & Astronomy. He is Director of the USC Center for Quantum Information Science & Technology, Director of the USC-IBM Quantum Innovation Center, and Scientific Director of the USC-Lockheed Martin Quantum Computing Center. His research focuses on quantum error correction, quantum control, dynamical decoupling, open quantum systems, quantum algorithms, and fault-tolerant quantum computing. Prof. Lidar is a Fellow of the AAAS, APS, and IEEE, and a recipient of Guggenheim and Sloan Fellowships
